20/20NOW PATIENT FEEDBACK RESULTS

Overview

Upon completing a 20/20NOW eye exam, patients are asked to complete a brief survey about their exam experience.

Purpose of the survey is to measure the patient’s:
1) Overall Satisfaction
2) Their likelihood to return 
3) Their likelihood to recommend a friend or family member to 20/20NOW (Commonly referred to as the NET PROMOTER SCORE/NPS)
